Primary Care

Comprehensive Primary Care Services

We manage all primary medical care, except for obstetrics. Appointments are usually same or next day — in person or tele-med — for 30-60 minutes.

Heart Health

We conduct cardiac screening at different ages depending on age and risk factors. All EKGs done in clinic at no cost. Addressing underlying risks maintains heart health and protects the heart and brain for decades.

Diabetes Management

Type 1: Insulin management with careful blood sugar control. Many people live perfectly normal lives with good control.

Type 2: May require insulin depending on production or resistance. Some people can reduce medications with good diet and exercise.

Weight Loss

New weight loss medications showing great promise for 90% of people. Ask about our weight loss programs.

Migraines

Migraines are unique to each person, requiring a customized approach. We recommend early treatment to prevent worsening attacks. Several medications available in clinic, included in membership.

Arthritis & Chronic Pain

Osteoarthritis is best managed by keeping moving. Chronic pain requires a combination of treatments. Steroid injections for knees and shoulder arthritis are included in membership.

Asthma & Allergies

Control of allergies and asthma are linked. We treat exacerbations with nebulizer or medication treatments — arranged anytime without a visit to the ER. Much friendlier than an emergency room.

Urgent Care

Immediate Urgent Care Services

Available during regular business hours and on-call after hours and weekends. No additional copays or deductibles. We are more capable than most urgent care clinics without rushed appointments.

Sprains & Broken Bones

Evaluations and splinting done in clinic. We can often manage simple fractures and sprains without specialty referral. Equipment at cost: crutches ($15), walking boots ($40), braces and other orthopedic equipment.

Lacerations & Wound Care

We manage most simple and intermediate cuts and wounds with wound cleaning, pain management, and infection prevention. All follow-up minor surgical procedures included and available every day.

COVID-19 Testing & Treatment

We test and treat COVID-19 in clinic. Low volume clinic — no crowded waiting room with contagious individuals. Each at-risk person seen in isolation with 24-hour turnaround for testing. Early treatment is better.

Infections

We start treatment in clinic for most bacterial infections: pneumonia, UTIs, skin infections (cellulitis), influenza, and many others. In-house medications available — most costs included in membership.

Asthma & Allergy Exacerbations

Nebulizer and steroid treatments in clinic, included in membership. We recommend treating early to prevent worsening exacerbations. Our clinic is much friendlier than an ER.

X-rays & Imaging

We use several different locations for X-rays, CTs, ultrasounds, and MRIs. X-rays as low as $50 and MRIs $299-425 — a fraction of typical costs.
