Texas bills HB 456 and HB 1778 will allow direct dispensing of common medications by Texas Direct Medical Care. All but 4 states currently allow medication dispensing and we need this in Texas. We do not need retail middlemen taking a cut and monopoly-like profiteering. Most generic medications for $1-3/month and Epi-Pen equivalents for $5/each.
